*All Personal Checks will be held until the Check Clears the Bank about 10 Days.

Shipping:   Some orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which will take about 3 to 5 Days. If you would like to use Express Mail which will take 2 days USA, please let us know. All orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours from time the order is placed and payment has been received. This does not mean it you will receive your order within 48 hours. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or back ordered this can take additional days or even months.  You will be notified if an item is on back order. If an item is on back order we encourage you to select another item.  We have discontinued sending out back orders.  However, we have the option to send a substitute item of the same quality. Please allow 15 days for some orders to be completed.  We Reserve the Right not to Ship Internationally.   PLEASE let us know if you need your items ASAP!    Some of our Items take longer for delivery depending on what you have ordered.  Example:   Shoes take 5 to 7 days:  Shirely of Hollywood take about 14 days:  Ujena Swimwear and Dresses take about 5 days,  Elegant Moments take about 7 Days for Delivery:  So if your in a hurry be sure to ask us the length of time to receive.   At this time, we are not accepting International orders.

Exchange Policy:  NO REFUNDS! All exchanges must have an authorization number within 2 days of receipt of shipment.  You can only exchange an item for a Smaller or Larger Size of the same item.  We do not exchange items just because you do not like it.  We must have the Exchanged Product at our Facility within 7 Days! Sorry no Refunds!.  Exchange Items will be charged appropriate shipping and handling charges. Shipping and Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE!    Exchanges will be given plus a charge of 15% Restocking Fee. All Exchanges for any merchandise must be unworn, original tags intact, unaltered, and in its original package.  Merchandise returned to our office without the Exchange Form and Authorization Number will not be processed properly. Please Allow 30 Days for you to receive your Exchanged Item. A Store Credit can be issued under certain circumstances, please email us.  A Store Credit should be used as soon as possible within 30 days.  A store credit can not be used for the same size.  We have many items on our website that does not need a size such as body lotions, jewelry, purses, etc.  Store Credit will take about 30 days to be completed.  Contact us if you have any questions regarding returns either by calling 1-888-670-1827 or emailing us at CustomerService@SchampsFantasyWear.com.  Please order wisely! 

REFUNDS - NO REFUNDS :  We do not encourage waiting for back orders or out of stock items.  Store Credit on certain items or Exchanges only for size!  Credits and Exchanges must have an authorization number within 2 days of Receipt of your item. An Authorization Number must be given prior to RETURNS or Exchanges.  And the Merchandize must be returned to our Facility within 7 Days of Receipt or Authorization Number.    Not all Lingerie Can be Returned due to Helath and State Laws!  Therefore, No Refunds, Exchanges, or Store Credit will be issued. Examples are Thongs, G-strings, Panties, Teddies, anything touching your private area.  Rhinestone Lingerie and Jewelry is not returnable due to the delicate nature of the item and the packaging procedure. Bodystockings, Nylons, Stockings, and Thigh Highs are non returnable due to the delicate nature and packaging of these items. Swimsuits are not returnable.  Please select your item and size carefully.  See our size charts.  If you are unsure of what is returnable and what is not, please contact us by email. Please always check the Size Charts.  As a general rule 32=A, 34=B, 36=C, If you have a larger Breast Size (D) order something that ties or stretches. Giving you that extra room.  

PRIVACY POLICIES:  You Personal Information will not be sold in away or given to a third party.  All information is confidential.  Shipping is in a Discrete Package and mailed to you.
