Shipping: Some orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which will take about 3 to 5 Days. You will receive an email of your Tracking Number. All in stock or fantasy sale items will be shipped within 24 hours of order and will be sent Priority Mail which should arrive within 3 to 5 days. If you would like to use Express Mail which will take 2 days USA, please Contact Us. Extra charge will be needed. All orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours from time the order is placed and payment has been received. This does not mean you will receive your order within 48 hours. We have discontinued sending out back orders. We have the option to send a substitute item of the same quality. Please allow 15 days for some orders to be completed. We Reserve the Right not to Ship Internationally. PLEASE let us know if you need your items ASAP! Some of our Items take longer for delivery depending on what you have ordered.

Ujena Swimwear and Dresses takes about 7 to 12 days

International Orders and Shipping: IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - Not all of my vendors ship internationally that is why it is important to email us first to see if your item can be shipped internationally. Elegant Moments and Ujena will ship internationally. Footwear can not be shipped internationally. We will try and ship to AU, CA, UK, and MX. Shipping starting at $24.95. Please make sure you check the size charts first. When in doubt order a larger size. Not all of our items can be returned. Swimsuits NO, Lingerie NO.
Exchange Policy: NO REFUNDS! All exchanges must have an authorization number within 2 days of receipt of shipment. You can only exchange an item for a Smaller or Larger Size of the same item. We do not exchange items just because you do not like it. We must have the Exchanged Product at our Facility within 7 Days! Sorry no Refunds!. Exchange Items will be charged appropriate shipping and handling charges. Shipping and Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE! Exchanges will be given plus a charge of 15% Restocking Fee. All Exchanges for any merchandise must be unworn, original tags intact, unaltered, and in its original package. Merchandise returned to our office without the Exchange Form and Authorization Number will not be processed properly. Please Allow 30 Days for you to receive your Exchanged Item. A Store Credit can be issued under certain circumstances, please email us. A Store Credit should be used as soon as possible or within 60 days. A store credit can not be used for the same size. We have many items on our website that does not need a size such as body lotions, jewelry, purses, etc. Store Credit will take about 30 days to be completed. REFUNDS - NO REFUNDS : We do not encourage waiting for back orders or out of stock items. Store Credit on certain items or Exchanges only for size! Credits and Exchanges must have an authorization number within 2 days of Receipt of your item. An Authorization Number must be given prior to RETURNS or Exchanges. And the Merchandize must be returned to our Facility within 7 Days of Receipt or Authorization Number. Not all Lingerie Can be Returned due to Health Laws and State Laws! Therefore, No Refunds, Exchanges, or Store Credit will be issued. Examples are Thongs, G-strings, Panties, Teddies, Swimsuits anything touching your private area. Rhinestone Lingerie and Jewelry is not returnable due to the delicate nature of the craftmanship of the item and the packaging procedure. Bodystockings, Nylons, Stockings, and Thigh Highs are non returnable due to the delicate nature of the fabric and packaging of these items. Swimsuits are not returnable.
